Well my track 16's did the same thing and I ghetto fender rolled it (warmed the paint, rubber hose slit in half and put over the edge and then used pliers). Watch out with the sharp lip, may slice the tire .

I hate to do it but I think that I am going to put my Toyos on these rims because they are 225/40 and my Dunlops are 235/40. When I get the extra money I will buy two 225/40 dunlops and stagger my tires with the smaller in the rear. I just don't know what else to do if they rub now and the new wheels are 10mm closer to the fender?
