Well today I pulled the trigger and ordered new rotors and pads for my TGM3. My car has 22000 miles on it and the brakes are still good but I want to bring up the stopping power/fade to resistance of my ride....
Powerslot rotors front and rear and Hawk HPS pads will be here in a couple of days. Add to that the SS brake lines Ive never gotten around to installing and I should be all set on the braking front....
Now I have to decide if I want to move up to DOT4 brake fluid or not....

BTW just cause I havent posted this in a while.... :tgm3:

Re: Ordered more goodies for my TGM3

Let me know how the Powerslot rotors are. I'm trying to get a good comparison between the EBC's and Powerslots. Also, get some pics with the rims on too. I would like to see how well the rotors contrast and such.

Including the rear pads when they arrive it will be less than $500 for everything... Kinda helps to work at a car dealership n get dealer cost on most things... :)

Oricle I double checked and the part # is correct for the front pads....

that pic with the brake lines...what is that little pack of gold stuff?

i bought a set of the same lines (new) still sealed in the package, but it doesn't have that...and the colour of the ends are different...mine are just plain metal silver whereas yours are gold finished

Those are clips to hold the brake lines in place... Dunno why my ends are gold and your not. Maybe I got the bling package by mistake ;)
