So i installed em a few weeks ago.

Adjusted multiple times, they are sitting properly, the beam patterns are a perfect match, both lights are sitting in the notch, spacers are in and i have adjusted each independently for to the most bright position. However, one side is still noticeably brighter than the other. I'm quiet sure that my bulbs were both new, although there is a chance they were not.

Kinda wondering what to do.

Take a picture further away from the wall. From your picture, I have to say it looks like your bulbs are not seated properly.

ive noticed a similar thing with my set... but doesnt bother me at all.... since passenger side was suppose to be slightly higher for the "pedestrians at night walking, and ditches" thats why it might seem to have a slightly different hue

This may very well be it. Ive adjusted them many many times to perfect them. Its not so much that its bothering me. Im kinda of big on details and it bugs me...

The output IS actually slightly dimmer though. Can some more people comment on their findings?

I just want to know that my lamps/ballasts are ok...

If they are suppose to function this way, that is fine by me.

Try switching them to see if it's a problem with the bulb or maybe the ballast or wiring.

Hey i don't know why i didn't think of that. i can only switch the lamps though. Ballasts wont reach and i dont want to tear them out.

Will do.

when you see one side is different color or brighter than the other side is probably because you only see one projector's cutoff. i have projectors in my car and both aligned perfectly and always see one side blink/flicker before the other side but depending on the angle viewing from outside, it can both be the same.

but as for the OP i really think there's something wrong with your headlights. they're not suppose to do that. all cars that has projectors all have the same amount of light output and brightness. maybe you can bring it to the dealer to check.

are both your fogs aimed correctly? i mean are they both aimed at the same height? if one side is higher than the other that might cause it to look brighter.

nah they def aimed at different heights. I was waitin for warmer to do to the adjustment but one of my fogs wires just ripped off the bulb so I'm just waiting to get my replacement bulb sometime this week then put in the new bulb and re-adjust everything next weekend

Well you wouldn't need to switch the ballast if you switch the bulbs. You'd only have to take them out if it turns out to be the problem.

Yeah, up close you can't tell but about 25 feet away ~25% of the intensity is gone and it's irritating to look at

Yep that can be it if the housings are different.

That is more than likely the case. I replaced my passenger side and ended up getting a DEPO branded assembly, and the other side is stock. Passenger is way dimmer from looking at it at any position.
