If you lose communication with Ecu that seems pretty damn big. Hmm I would double check everything under the hood and see if there is anything out of place. Are you tuned with a standback or something?

Honestly, no idea. But then I'm not a mechanic either.

Well warm-up cat efficiency isn't something I would worry about right now. It's more of an emissions issue than anything else. Don't know if you care/need to pass emissions.

U-codes are communication. It seems like the ECU crapped out for a moment or something and then TPMS and ABS complain. Anyone know what IC stands for?

PCM = Powertrain Control Module
TCM = Transmission Control Module

What TCM do we have in this car?
edit: I think of TCM as something that controls the trans (shift points, engagement, etc). What TCM do we have in this car? Clutch switch and neutral switch?

TCM in this case would be Traction Control Module, which is tied into the ABS system.

Don't have a Transmission Control Module in a manual...

Is your ABS light on?

Kind of sounds like to me the AccessPort screwed up the ECU. But before we jump to conclusions on that, go get the codes scanned with something other than the AccessPort, autozone can do a free code scan. I'm kind of curious if the ABS and ECU codes were a fluke that the AccessPort picked up, and they aren't actually there. Because quite honestly, I don't think the AccessPort is capable of reading ABS codes. Most affordable code readers aren't, you typically need to have an ABS code scanner that runs around $500 to read ABS codes. I know my DashHawk and AutoXray code scanners can't. In order to get a CEL reader that reads ABS codes as well, the cheapest one I've seen costs around $1000. So it seems kind of fishy to me.
