I help maintain my Son's Mazda 3 2.5, which is leaking oil from a black hose about 3/4" in diameter, on the top of the driver's side of the engine, that loosely fits over two smaller metal pipes. I took it off of the two pipes and it had some oil in it. Are these breather pipes, or oil vapor pipes or PVC? I put the hose back on with some tape which stopped the oil for awhile, but it is now dripping again. Could this be a filter of some kind? I want to replace the hose with a new tighter one if that is the solution. What is this hose called and what is the part number? Would Auto Zone have this?
THANK YOU for your help!

Please post pictures. There are no rubber hoses that are supposed to flow oil. Oil decays rubber hoses.
