Round 2 Badge Group buy. $15 shipped per badge

These badges are military grade:

  • Mil-P-514
    Mil-P-15024D Type H & G
    Federal Spec GG-P-455B
    The adhesive on the back is by 3M VHB (type 4949)[/list]

    3.5" x 1.1" 1100 Alloy Aluminum with Brushed/Satin Finish with a hard anodized clear coat on the front AND back. 0.050" thick clear coated aluminum. These badges were professionally designed and approved by the forum admin.

    Theblackbox, I pm'd you about sending you another badge. I'm sorry I don't have another badge as a replacement but you can choose a new number.

    I'm just worried if I stick it on the dash area it'll leave a permanent residue on the cheap plastic. Anyone tried removing it?

    I paid $90 for a roll of adhesive that I put on the backs of the badges. not a cheap tape roll!!!

    It's called 3M VHB. As far as I can tell, it leaves no residue and is highly outdoor proof, fully submersible in water and resistant to most solvents. It's not a "foam", but more of an acrylic putty type of material

    The only chemical that removes it well is Methyl Ethyl Ketone, but that stuff will remove paint and melt plastics.

    If you mount it outside, then there's always the chance that somebody may pry it off and steal it. (Same goes with all badges)
