Odd tinking/chirping noise coming from passenger side of car (2016 Mazda 3 4-door sport)

You may need to use headphones to hear it clearly. I've been hearing this for about a week now and it's driving me insane. I can't tell where exactly it's coming from, either the door or the seat. I've looked all over to see if there's something apparent causing the noise but I can't find it. Any input? Thanks.
