Hi everyone,
I'm new here, as I've just bought a 2014 Mazda 3 SP25 Astina sedan. A beautiful car, with heaps of features, as you'd expect in the top-of-the-range model.
All the bells and whistles........except parking sensors!
What's the deal there? I never thought to check before I bought it as I'd assumed that just about all cars these days have them. Ok, 2014, but it is the top of the range.
They even became standard on the basic Neo model the following year!
I've just come from a 2009 - that's 2009 - Ford Mondeo XR5 Turbo and it had them, and I used them a lot so came to rely on them.
Obviously parking sensors are an optional extra, but I'm just surprised that they weren't standard on such a top end model.
That and folding side mirrors, but that's neither here nor there.
Any comments please?
Cheers
