After months and months of complaining about my car going limp and all the other codes and problems I have been having they finally said "sir your PCM is shot and you need a new one". F*cking ridiculous and aggrivating. I have taken several days off from work for all the problems that my car has they dealership delayed in fixing. I complained about my rear end on several occasions and they kept saying there's nothing wrong and I dont hear anything. Then I get in the car and show them and guess what, both were leaking. They replaced entire rear suspension. I heard noise in the front and told them something is wrong with my mounts and I hear something coming from my axle. Took me three times going there for them to figure out it was my tranny mount, side mount, and control arm. Might I point out that this is the problem I had mentioned the first time. Now after many months of frustration, they are replacing my PCM. They had every mechanic on my car today from 830-330. The last guy was on it for three ours(the electrical wiz so they said) and said theres nothing to say, we tried every single thing imaginable, your PCM is shot. I am so frustrated with this dealership and the condescending attitude that the guy in the office has I really feel I deserve some type of compensation. I told the guy I have a 18 month old, god forbid my rear suspension went out on the highway after telling you something was wrong several times. OHHHH, head hunting season. I would have gone crazy. What can I do to get justification out of this? END RANT///

get as much as you can done now while they're willing.

i hate stealerships. they don't see you, they see a dollar sign with legs.

where have the days gone when people gave more than the bare minimum at their jobs that they've chosen?

they keep sending me surveys but that I dont think will do anything. I need to contact someone from hq probably.

If the surveys are from Mazda, not the dealership itself, then take the time to fill them out. My dealership is huge on those. They were tap dancing to make sure I filled my survey out with high ratings because they get special promo's, money from Mazda, and other things they want. They have been a long time Mazda dealership, and have a large selection too. I am very happy with them!! "Tom Roush Mazda" in Westfield, In.

I believe it is from mazda itself, I have to double check. I hate not having my car. I have a rental right now and it is just eating away at me that I have to go through this bull. My car better be fixed and ready tomorrow. I will take a look though, that is a good thing to know

FYI-Car is still not fixed. They are now saying my alternator is shot and needs to be replaced. They are trying to blame it on my aftermarket hid's. It's all bull, on top of that I just bought a new battery from them like two days before I brought it again because they said my battery was shot(mind you the car was in the shop already and then I brought it back again because of the shotty job they did). So I told the guy I want a refund on the battery, the only reason why it was no good was due to the alternator. It had to be. They said no, the alternator light just came on when they finished installing the new pcm today. I told the guy but yeah my pcm was working right before so how could you even base that on what the pcm is saying. Maybe the old pcm wasnt picking that up. So now they wont reimburse me for the battery, they are fixing my alternator under warranty and I am left pissed off and stuck with the battery bill. I really need to find out how to send in a complaint.

List of issues in the past month:
1.fixed control arm(TSB which I told them too times and they didnt listen)
2.Replace entire rear suspension(told them twice as well til they finally saw leaks in both which I showed them)
3.New tranny mount
4.New side engine mount
5.New battery plus covers since they broke mine
6.New PCM
7.New Alternator
8.Repaired Maf harness

What the hell is next. This is unfair!!

thats what I said. If anything it would drain the battery and still it's not enough to juice the battery. I didnt cut wires or anything so they cant say shit. And yes they are replacing my alternator but aren't refunding my money for the battery that I bought to replace the dead one

complete those surveys and send them in...they are from MazdaUSA...if there are enough complaints from customers, HQ will do something about it and can pull the plug on their dealership...the dealership is the face of Mazda USA. with the Mazda brand gaining momentum, they don't want giving off the wrong image.
