New mazda 3 owner

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forums. Where are you located? (hint hint, add it to your profile ) Make sure to check out the "Why you should get a third key" thread stickied at the top of this forum..... it's one of the two things I recommend to every new owner. The other is to replace/augment the existing clown horn. :lol:

You'll find lots of great info. and some helpful people around. Let us know if you need anything and we'll do our best to help you out. Hmmmmm, danielj hasn't shown up yet. I'm sure he'll be around in a bit.

Ok, updated my info so you can see i'm 25 and from Nashville, TN. And unfortunatly my car only came with one key so i'm stuck with the expensive option.

On the up side whenever you buy a new key you can just get two and then never have to deal with the dealer about it again.

Let me start with we picked up our 2009, sedan 3 i touring with roof/6cd & rear wing spoiler on 2/9/9.

After a long look at Civic & Corolla I found a Mazda 3, each were test driven over a few months. We took one day to drive each car one after the other saving the Mazda for last. Need I say ZOOM-ZOOM the others were no fun to drive.

I just found this site so if I ask about something thats been beat to death don't be to hard on me

The most common are:
-Fiamm Freeway blasters,
-Hella supertones
-wolo dual tones
-stebel nautilus compact dual air horn

There was also a recent GB with dabears2k for spider dual tones (supertone clone). Try searching for any of those and you'll find some good info/discussions.

Thanks on the other horn choices. I placed an order for some other goodies Tuesday, I'll look for more stuff and a horn next time.

Don't forget to check out local auto parts stores..... I got my Fiamms from Advance Auto Parts for ~$15/ea.
