The best part is that you can use the cargo net in conjuction with the cargo tray!

How do you use the net with the tray? Are there little holes in the tray to install the net or is the net installed by clips or whatever somewhere above the tray? Thanks

The tray has small recesses in its "sidewall" around the area where the loops are in the HB's cargo area. You can see one of them in the second, third and fourth photos.

Semi-firm, plyable rubber. Seems durable enough...only time will tell.

Nice, that is my only regret for buying the Sedan. No Cargo Mat and there are no hooks to bungee your stuff down to.

how is it with one of the rear seats folded down, does the sidewall get in the way at the very back of the cargo area......thinking about the winter months hauling snowboards and people around

Not at all, as someone said the material is quite pliable and is no more than 2" high.
