Just wanted to introduce myself I just got a new 2005 customized Mazda 3 from the dealer. I will probably add a turbo in the near future but will be reading all I can on this site before I make any final decisions.
Customization consists of
rim and tires
cold air intake
custom paint job
leather seats, headrests and interior that match the paint.
new front lower bumper
2.3 Engine only a 5 speed
They say it is chipped but not sure how to check.
Man the front is too low it keeps scratching the ground on the freeway and stuff. I asked them to give me a regular bumper when they redo the paint job because I noticed some dings in it. Maybe I could jkeep the old one and use it on weekends or something.

I dropped it off at the dealer yesterday. They are going to replace the bumber with a stock one and repaint it the same color as the rest of the car. I asked to keep the old bumper they agreed. Also they are suppossed to put the Mazda cold air intake back on. I can't wait to drive it with the new bumper. I miss this car already.
ewww....Raven Body Kit!!!...AHH!!! Ok its not that bad but still good choice on going with a stock bumper. At least that kit looks like it fits. My BFs friend has a scion TC with the raven kit but my BF and I think its meant for a civic, its falling down and doesnt fit right at all and the fact that they confirmed the kit for a civic on the phone is a dead giveaway lol.
I got the car back. they put the stock bumper back on and reinstalled the Mazda CAI. It sounds way better. I need some foglights now and it will be looking good. I will add some pictures later when I get home.
