have an '04 mazda3 hatch, bought in may. had 31,xxx miles and now has 43,xxx. so today i went to rotate the tires and noticed that only the rear 2 tires were f'ed up. on the inside of the tire, it was extremely bald. so i stood back and notived the top part of the wheel was more inwards (toward vehicle) and the bottom portion of the wheel was more outwards. now when i purchased the vehicle, the dealership had to put all new tires on and new brakes. any ideas on why only the rear tires are like this and if it is the dealerships fault? btw if this is the wrong section feel free to move it. thanks

When was the last time you rotated the tires or had an alignment done?

the rear camber is normal. have your car aligned, i bet the toe on the rear is out of spec, and that is causing your tires to wear unevenly.

Get an alignment done, and tell them to make sure the rear toe is exactly neutral, since otherwise the rear tires wear badly. And make sure to get a printout of the before/after specs.
