Dont buy Rotas (or any other knockoffs) and dont skimp on your wheel budget. The wheels and rubber you buy are the only things that connect your car to the road. You hit a pothole and your wheel bends or breaks and you're screwed.

That site you originally linked also has some pretty good prices. For those Tenzos (18x8) and a set of General Exclaim UHP tires, it'll be $1335 mounted, balanced, and shipped to your door. Honestly, I dont think you'll beat that.

Honestly, save your money and buy what you really want... you'll be happier in the end.

Hold your tongue! lol.

I've had my Rotas for over a year now and not a single problem with them. I hit a very large pothole a few months back and not a single scratch on the wheels. Now, while I would've liked to have some 5Zigens, Advans or maybe even a nice set of Tenzos, I just couldn't justify spending that much just on wheels. Like I said though, the Rotas have been amazing :)

I WOULD suggest that you don't cheap on tires though. TIRES make much bigger difference than spending a lot of money on wheels.
