Need Help w/ shift knob

You must have an automagic transmission I guess. (Captain Obvious here )

You'll probably have to take out the shifter tunnel.

It's realy not complicated at all. Only like 5-6 bolts and a little elbow grease

Can you send me a link to another thread on how to remove that or just tell me how or something?

the same happened to me all u have to do is open the center like shown in here http://www.mazda3forums.com/downloads/twm_ss_mazda3_manual.pdf
and u will see it laying in there and just slide the peice with the letters back in its slot. you dont have to unscrew anything just lift like the guy is in the 3rd and 4th pic.
