Let me know what you think. I bent a 1" lip on the side to keep your shoe from catching it. Added Velcro to the base. Very functional and looks better in person over the pics. I was thinking of adding holes, but keeping it one piece makes sense here in the Northeast to keep dirt out of the carpet.

I get what you're saying and appreciate the comments. The digital photos really don't show how it looks in the car (I hate flash interior pics). A lot of street tuners are doing diamond plate now and it's my reason for using it.

I really didn't think it would look good either, but with the aluminum accents in the dash the dead pedal plate just looks good. It blends well and looks trick. Just thought I would share.

No, just responding to the "truckish" comment in that diamond plate is used in steet tuner segments.

IMO diamond plate is not just a "truck" thing anymore.

Diamond plate floor mate's would be nice though...

You mean floor MATS? Yes, it would be a nice compliment to what he has going now. In fact, I like it dude. Rock on with your originality. All that matters is if YOU like it. Its your car.

I was thinking of anodizing it black to match. I don't like the way it looks in the pics either. The flash on my camera made it look brighter than it really is.
