I have been having a multitude of issues lately with my 2005 Mazda3 2.3L. The most concerning being my headlights and brake lights intermittently not working. The right headlight will occasionally stop working, at first i just kept replacing the bulb but quickly realized that was not the issue. Yesterday my brake lights were not working on my way to work, but did on the way home. This almost caused me to get rear ended. I recently had to have my starter replaced and they did not report anything odd with the wiring then so I assumed the issue was more localized to the lights themselves but my car alarm has also been going off randomly. For the sake of my neighbors sanity and mine I've just removed the fuse for my horn but I do occasionally notice that the alarm still goes off from the lights flashing.

I have seen some issues on here be diagnosed as a bad battery. Should I consider buying a new one or just take this to a mechanic who'd be able to look into all of these issues.

Thanks in advance!!
