Well I've been thinking about it hard and long for over a year now, and I've decided that this summer I'm gonna try to build and boost my 2008 auto mazda 3 2.3. Now I know it will be tons of work, and the fact that it's an auto makes it even crazier, but I know its possible. Lets be realistic, what should I focus on first. I know I want to build my engine so that I can seriously boost it to 300-550whp. Somewhere in that range.

Step One: buy aminzer's built auto 5-speed tranny.... otherwise you're going to spend waaay too much money getting your own tranny built to hold that much power.

So I've heard that it is indeed a great price. Now I just need to save up, yeah, i know I've got big plans and it's ironic im not very loaded right now, but it's all part of the challenge, and with the econ being how it is right now I know you guys will understand. Planning process is no 1 right now.

After I got my income tax refund, I decided to build a turbo kit.
Im like 1/2 done

I would definately go this route... or buy CrazyFasts car super cheap...

personally i would not even bother with the headache of boosting an auto.... but that's just my opinion lol

It's got to go bro... It really no longer matters to me the HUGE loss. My medical license depends on the sale of the car so... It doesn't mean I'll give it away, but it's pretty much there.

Well, if its any progress at all I'm buying an old turbo for around 60-100 bucks or so to learn about them and maybe rig onto a lawnmower for shits and giggles haha. :lol:
