they are jerks.

I go to them about the mazda3 door lock thing

and they repeat the same words over and over again like an idiot.
"its an urban myth"

what the........ -_-

Anything i said was replyed with this same statement.

the manager there is a jerk and shouldnt work there, cause he makes customers feel unwelcome.

Hes like two faced like most shady sellers are. Nice before purchase, get away from me after.

If there's an actual TSB for this, print it out and take it in. There's not a lot you can do until Mazda takes formal action in the form of a TSB.

If you hit the door (bending the sheet metal) you can hit the lock actuator in just the right way to unlock the door...and the alarm thinks you've unlocked the door using the key, so it remains silent.

damn. crazy.

our body panels are so flimsy. i have so many dents on my car from ppl leaning on it. sucks ass.
