Can anyone find that extra black molding on the back and front bumpers of the MazdaSpeed3 that the regular Mazda3 (hatch) doesn't have .. and are they easily swappable hatch-hatch ....

they are 2 totally different bumpers. you have to buy the bumpers.

the big difference is that the REGULAR Mazda3 is the pre-2007. The Mazdaspeed has the 2007 redesigned bumper .. the 2007 regular bumper is more similar to the Mazdaspeed bumper.
