Mazdaspeed Axela MS Concept (concept model)
Based on the high performance Mazdaspeed Axela sport compact car, this custom car boasts an aggressive exterior brimming with beauty and functionality that would be welcome in any driveway. With interior modifications including four full bucket seats, the overall impression of speed assaults the senses.

Mazda Axela Sport DAMD (with production accessories)
Build on the lively Axela Sport, DAMD has added their own brand of Italian flair to this custom version. By attaching an exclusive front grille, front under spoiler and rear underskirt, DAMD has cleverly highlighted the Axela's speed and explosive power. The cabin features an Ancel MONO+Sport Series design. The ivory monotone color realizes a coordinated elegance in the sporty interior.

not diggin the italian kit, especially the grille.
Im not a body kit guy myself, but I think the diffuser on the yellow car is a nice subtle touch.

Re: Mazdaspeed 3 at the Tokyo Auto Salan 2007

Anybody know if it would be possible to get the yellow body kit ???

As I'd kill to have it!

I don't really like the italian one though.

Anyone know what are the wheels on the yellow one too ?

yeah, like the yellow one too.
really, its not a kit, its more of body work on the hood and the side-front panles.

I rather have them make those blue calipers available :)

And the front fenders, as well as the rear quarter panels, rear bumper, and side skirts. They're flaired pieces--subtle but flaired. It looks like a molded body kit, but it's body work nonetheless.

The wheels certainly do look impressive. Very nice touch to the car's features.

Yep, and obviously more than work on just the hood and side panels.

Honestly, I'm not much of a fan of it. It looks decent, but I think a stock MS3 looks *perfect* as is. Of course, I'm not the target audience for this show car, so I wouldn't hate on it.

I think you got that the other way around. they actually fit this car - perfect. Like they were designed for it.
They look bolted to the Toyota Corolla S. like they took them from the NinjaSpeed3.

sigh-wet myself again.

ninjaspeed...good grief.
I would rather put the $$$ into power mods and wheels...rather than a rice scoop that adds more weight than functionality. maybe it is just the yellow submarine color that is putting me off. not a fan. I put something like that front spoiler on my first car, and it was cracked to $hit within a month. I do like the rear difuser and the M3 style sidemarker.

Didn't see any actual photos here from the Tokyo Auto Salon, so here you go. I like the scoop in the CF hood.

I like that much better than the lemon. Scoop's nicely done, but I wonder if more effective than the ducts, since the ducts might actually be in a location with higher pressure. Still looks very nice.
