So if you know it doesn't belong here, why post it here?

And yes it's in Release now

Damn... I wish I could get it at that price:

Delivered Internet Price: $16,798 <------
Factory Invoice: $17,998
MSRP: $19,145

That is the price of a base Mazda 3 sedan in Canada!!!

If I where to put $10,000 DP and finance for 48months it would cost me $150/month! That is amazing...

---

I don't think you guys notice how much cheaper cars are in the US.

It was an act of civil disobedience,

I just wanted to share some really good info and knew that many people didn't bother going into the pricing sub forum.

They bought about 65000 Proteges/yr and we bought 45000 in Canada. They population is 10X ours. They should buy 650.000 going by that rule.

Don't forget that Canada is Mazda's #1 market for the Protege/3.

Accord+Camrys are in the top 5 sellers.

More emphasis is placed on midsizes than on compacts

This price is much better then what I got it for. I got HB for 17395 under S-plan including loyalty rebate.

$1200 below invoice incorrect

I just talked to a representative at that dealership. The posted price of $1200 below invoice is wrong. The person entering info into their website accidentily added a rebate for the Miata to the Mazda3 price. Their current price for a 3s is $300 over invoice. :(

hmm.. then what do ppl in the states drive then? civic? sunfire?
civics. everywhere. you can see three or four of them in a row at times. lots of 'em riced-out, though. there are quite a few cavaliers/sunfires around too, as well as a lot of corollas and protegés. and tons of hyundais and kias, at least here in atlanta.

but the civics are like grasshoppers here. even i had two before buying my 3. man, what an upgrade. :)
