I have a 2nd gen Mazda 3 with the 2.2 diesel engine and last night the car went into limp mode on the way back home from the motorway. On the way, I could comfortably get up to 90 ish mph with no issues, but for some reason when I was taking it easier on the way back the car went into limp mode. Check engine and traction control light. I went to get the code reading and it came up with an under-boost error for the turbo. I haven’t felt like it’s been under-boosting, and since we cleared the codes and everything it seems like it’s back to what it was before. The mechanic said to check the pipes in case they are loose. This is the first time this has happened in my 3 months of ownership.

Is there anything else I should be aware of?
