I have been driving on the motorway today slightly below speed limit central lane of 3 and my car has suddenly pulled me sharply to the right hand side and across into the other lane. I have pulled this back into the lane and almost immediately it has pulled the wheel back to the left side and the car felt as though it could have flipped and was swerving between the lanes. Understandably very shook up and feeling lucky to be in one piece.

Recovery have visited and done diagnostic checks etc etc and stated nothing wrong all appears in order. Tyres, alignment, steering column etc checked you name it and it has come back clear.

Might be worth noting car was pulling me when turning earlier this year, not as extreme as today but it was making my turns sharper etc and it was serviced shortly after whereby they found no fault and said to bring back if any further issues.

I have refused to accept the car back and requested it be recovered to the garage or whom I purchased from as still under warranty and I am quite frankly terrified of driving it again.

Car is 71 plate (2021/2022), approx 13k miles. No issues no former accidents etc. I’m at a loss as to what this could be with diagnostics returning clear - please if anyone has experienced anything similar or has any idea of what this may be please reply. Thank you in advance a very shaken up nurse.

Thinking out loud here...check the right side front brakes and rotor...perhaps it is locking up and pulling you right??? If so, the rotor would probably be discolored and look a bit different from the left.

If the tire is flat on one side, it will also cause it to deviate. Go on the side of qi

Just reading that scares me. I have a 2019. While I have some complaints, steering is definitely not one of them. These cars handle like a good dream. You did well refusing to accept it as is. If the dealer can't provide a solution, call Mazda customer service. This is not a mere nuisance. This is something that could get you killed.
