Also can anyone tell me what parameteres mazda 3 original radio system have? I want speakers to have good lower tones. Thanks in advance for tour respose.

Depends if you have the Bose stereo or not.
If you have the standard stereo, the speaker size in both the front and rear doors is 6x8/5x7. To be clear, these are NOT 6x9's.

There are tons of different companies that make good replacement speakers in that size. Alpine, Rockford Fosgate, Kenwood, Focal, JL Audio, Infinity, JBL, Mmats, the list goes on and on.

I read somwhere that mazda 3 bk amp is bad and its not worth to change only speakers, is there any way to replace basic amp to bose one or maybe better? I know it's dumb question but i'm new to electronic stuff and it's not obvious for me at all.

You do not want a factory Bose amp. They are horrible sound quality wise, and are very prone to failure.
But yes, it's easy to add an amplifier. Most common place to mount one is under the front seats. You can also use the package tray in the hatch like I did. This was the stereo I had in my 2004, which is the same style as your 2007.

Everybody wants "THEBUMP"aka more bass or in the terms some us go by frequency response below 500hz. So you either want to replace the factory speakers and perhaps get some improvements in overall sound quality or you want specific area's of sound? Either way the first thing is you need to have a realistic budget in mind. When I say that I mean an exact amount to the dollar. Without some of us that are Audiophiles (hobby and professional) knowing that it really is difficult to recommend upgrading even simple things like only speakers. We can work around numbers ($$$) because there is always the fudge factor and also you can build a base system and add as you have more funds.
Otherwise best advise go to amazon and mix and match speakers and components based on your pocket change and hope for the best.

I was thinking about around 500-1000$, will it be enough? And I’m mostly listening to experimental jazz or electronic music with a lot of lower tones. (For example this one:

That music is going to be tuff to have really good clarity and the "boom" and the mids are strongly accented with a a whole lot of higher frequencies. I played that selection in my Mazda.... well we all have varied tastes.... all *my Mazda did was vibrate. :p
But in your Mazda .....
The sub-woofer is the easiest to do with the usual box and sub-woofer on a dedicated amplifier set at 250hz or lower. The strong mid bass and highs are going to take a little more consideration and the location of at least 4 separate tweeters 1 each in the front door and 1 each front pillars. Then at least one each in the door and a mid driver and small diameter bass/mid bass . The rear needs only a mid and tweeter because they are run at lower volumes then the front.
Your Mazda is a good for speaker placement and ease of building a syst, The challenge is that the doors and truck area that will be noise resonate chambers. So I strongly recommend installing sound deadening material like Fat or Dyno mat or similar. Otherwise, your sound will be boomie and wash out the rest of the speakers that you will have the tendency to add volume to counter the eco effect.
