WOW, I can't believe you saw a Mosler on the road. Corvette Mike's is by my house so I've seen one and they're pretty damn cool looking. Hope to see you at the meet if you can make it :)

Alright guys, Adam(Leedom), Sean(SoCalC55), Alexis(SexyLxy) and I drove the route tonight and it was really nice. If the weather is the same on Saturday as it was tonight I really envy all of you with verts!

So the plan once again is to meet at Nick's at 4P.M. Their is a gas station directly across the street so people can gas up before we leave. The address for Nick's is:

Nick's Burger
1712 W. Orangethorpe Ave
Fullerton, CA 92833

We are going to leave Nick's at 4:30P.M.

From Nick's we will head down the 5 South to the 55 South towards Newport. From Newport we'll be taking PCH for a little over 10 miles down to Laguna Canyon. Once we get to Laguna Canyon we will be turning right on El Toro Rd. From there we are going to meet up again at the BJ's in the Laguna Hills Mall before getting on the freeway back to Nick's. The address for the BJ's is:

BJ's Restaurant
24032 El Toro Road
Laguna Hills, CA 92653

The 5 North is right by BJ's and we'll all hop on it together and head back to Nick's for the meet. As I said, we took this route tonight and it was great - the beach was beautiful.

I will print up copies of the directions tomorrow for everyone and I'll hand them out before we leave. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=1712+W.+Orangethorpe+Ave+Fullerton,+CA+92833&daddr=2735+W+Pacific+Coast+Hwy+to:Laguna+Canyon+to:24032+El+Toro+Road,+Laguna+Hills,+CA+92653+to:1712+W.+Orangethorpe+Ave+Fullerton,+CA+92833&hl=en&geocode=&mra=ls&rtol=0,1,2&sll=33.631486,-117.795067&sspn=0.250982,0.389671&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=11"]Here is the full route though for anyone interested. If anyone has any questions give me a call at 714-322-2324. I hope you all can join us, I'm really looking forward to it :)

Alright everyone, this is my final bump for this. I've had a lot of people say they're coming so it should be a really nice cruise with a variety of cool cars.

For those of you that just want to come to the meet at Nick's, we should be rolling back in there by 6:30p.m. For anyone that wants to meet at BJ's in Laguna Hills we should be hitting that right around 5:30p.m.

http://www.motorgen.com/forum/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=1191&day=2009-3-14&c=1"]Here is a link to the event and that has my phone number if anyone has any questions. I have already made copies of the directions for anyone that needs them and I'll pass those out before we leave at 4:30p.m.

The weather looks to be perfect, so wash your car, gas up, and I'll see you tomorrow :)

Well it was a little bit overcast yesterday, but the cruise was a blast anyway!

I think we had about 20-25 cars on the cruise and probably 50 at the meet.

Here are some pictures from meeting up:

Also, http://www.motorgen.com/vid/showphoto.php/photo/837/limit/recent"]here is a video of some of us leaving Nick's last night. My personal favorite part is at about the 2:36 mark where the Challenger SRT8 does a nice burnout and then gets honked at by a Honda Fit :)

We have lots of stuff coming up, so keep your eyes open for next month. The next meet will be April 11th. For all you AWD guys we'll be doing a dyno day for you because I owe you one. I'm going to finalize price and times tomorrow for it.

Thanks again to everyone that came. It was a great mix and good times!

We already did this one, but we're doing something in April, and then our annual Angeles Crest Cruise in May. You're of course welcome to come :)
