Manual 2010 Won't Turn Over

I started my manual 2010 Mazda3 just fine this morning. It's about 20°F outside, which is warm for this time of year. I needed to scrape the windows, but forgot to put the car in neutral, so I killed the engine as soon as I went to leave the car. When I tried to restart, it won't turn over. All the lights come on but it just clicks. It's definitely not the battery. I tried hitting the starter, with no success. Any other thoughts?

Edit: I tested the starter relay, and it seems to be fine. I can hear the starter humming, which others with similar issues have also noted.

Sounds like battery , then starter.
20F should not be enough to freeze the gas lines... but all it takes is a bit of moisture., dont drive the car for a while and crank crank crank , no fuel reaches engine and the battery dies out....
