Hello everyone,

seems like many People have Problems with the defect Front Airbag Sensor.

The very same Problem occured in my car(at around 2500 KM). When i talked with my Car Dealer on the Phone today he said that Mazda told him they don't know about any Problems regarding the Airbag.

Could anyone post the Part-Number(ID) of the new Airbag Sensor(think i was reading it in a thread on this Board but can't find the Post anymore) so i could tell my Car Dealer which Part he should order.

Hello everyone,

i have to add that i live in Europe.

But on the European Boards People are reporting the very same
Airbag Problem as you guys here.

I called Mazda here in Europe today and the Woman wanted to tell me too
that she never heard of that Problem, when i asked to speak with a person from the technical support she told me they are back at Tuesday, since they are celebrating the carneval here in Germany(what a joke !).

just talked with Mazda Germany and they said they will get in contact with the Techinal Deparment but because of the Carvenal they won't be able to get back to me before Tuesday/Wednesday.

Hello,

it's no national Holiday. In some Parts of Germany they celebrate Carneval more and in some Parts less.

But i think there should at least be a small team to help the Customers with Questions like that.

I also don't understand why Mazda does not inform their Car Dealers about that Problem. From what i see so far it seems to be a rather widespread Problem.

If Mazda Japan is making a whole new Series of Airbag Sensors....
