he's lying....he never called. Call Mazda yourself....they will contact that retard of a dealer you have....

1- please put your location in your profile.

2- Call back and ask to speak with a supervisor.... I would make a formal complaint....if that problem's on your boards then you are not alone. That also means other have contacted Mazda Europe or/and their dealers....impossible that no one knows there....I'd be so pissed....go higher and be firm about that.
