How long do you think it will take for parts to be made to lower the car.....Springs...etc...

does anyone know what would be a good drop??

depends on how high the demand is for springs etc. =D...hopefully within 3-6 months...im ancy to mod my car but not right wen i drive it off hte lot ;)

it's already here, spring kit to lower the car 173$ :)
(at least here in france, but i might be the same in others countries)

If this kit is just the springs (assuming from the price)...do you think that we will see the tell-tale bounce of the car after a year or so using this spring kit?

Sorry, I don't know any technical data about the spring rates (before or after lowering). All I know is the four original dampers have large diameter (35mm) pistons, and the rear dampers is vertical and not angled unlike Mazda6's.

Am new to cars. Has anyone tried lowering the stock suspension of the M3? Do advise.

says to call for pricing on the coilovers, only price they've got is for the AUTO EXE springs @ $365

H&R has coils for $315. I hear in another month Eibach will have both the Pro kit and Sportline kit.

I'd wait for the Eibach's, or better yet, we need to talk a company into producing an air ride for these babies

And good custom suspension installer can make you a set. Not very many imports have "kits" made for them. They are usually 100% custom.

is rather expensive. I know someone who got custom air-ride in his C230, and had the fenders worked on to fit 20x9s.

It rides ok... i much rather have a good set of struts/springs or coilovers.

Hi Seth! I saw your posts on the Protege board too. You should read at least the first post in a thread before you repeat it. I also suggest the search function to find things, then post.
