I bought the Eibach proline lowering springs for my 2015 mazda 3 Japan model. and according to my mechanic the new rear springs just move around and don't fit/ would need new bases for springs. He said the fronts might fit. Is my mechanic missing something?

Well figured it out. After alot of digging and out a bit of money for shop time. Found out Eibach messed up and sent me springs for a 2020 mazda 3. What's worse is the part is non refundable or negotiable according to them. FML!

Anyone know of a way to make these fit so I don't have to go through the hassle of trying to exchange this part. Neither company has a phone line right now. Emails only.

Crazy that companies can get away with sending you the wrong thing and then not fixing the issue. I would try your best to get the right parts but if your mechanic can make it work maybe see what it would cost to go that route.
