Instructions for installing new pads on rear

This is my first time doing the brakes on my 3 and I was looking to see if there were any tips or tricks on the forum. I did not find anything useful with the search. Any help would be appreciated as there seems to be a lot of complaints about squeeks and such. Thanks

It is a sticky in the Brake/How To section. I just did mine last weekend using this guide and it works perfect. Just make sure you bleed the lines (if you are doing it) correctly and get all the air out.
