I installed my 6-disc changer over the weekend in 30 minutes, start to finish. The printed instructions come with any unit purchased. Copy from the link for a copy in Adobe Acrobat format.

Is there somewhere online that I can buy the minidisc player? Do I have to buy it through a dealer? price?

I bought my changer at Mazdastuff ( see post above). They are great to deal with and have good prices.

Thanks for the link!

Yikes, $400 dollars. More than I was hoping to pay.

Anybody know what the dealer charges (with installation)?

$600-$650 depending on the dealer. You can save a bundle by doing it yourself.

Yeah, I'm still contemplating the MD player - especially since I think it only supports LP1. Somewhat defeats the purpose.

Anyone who has installed the MP3 or MiniDisc player. Can you respond with some feed back on whether it's worth it or not? Let me know.
