It probably means that only the seats are leather trim. No leather on door panels, center consle box lid, etc. Luxury cars like BMW has full leather trim so you can find leather everywhere inside the car.

Real leather on seating surfaces, steering wheel, shift knob - fake on back/sides of seats, headrests, and doors. Most cars are like this.
