I've done numerous searches but I wasn't able to come up with anything. I put on my RacingHart TypeCR wheels and there's some vibration past 80km/h.. I know I need hub centric rings for our 67mm size, but how do I find out what my wheels need? I tried googling some info and nobody sells these wheels anymore either.

If anyone can give me some insight as to how to find out, that would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like these were for honda's,
the hub bore is 64.1.

cant help you with the sizing but i did buy an aluminum set off ebay for my VW, they were sold by discounttires.com/tires.com and i think they costed me $10 + shipping. there are many sizes listed on ebay when you find out the size and are ready to buy, also call tires.com if you have trouble finding the size.

Take a tape measure to it.
I believe a lot of the racing harts were made with 73.1mm hub bore, but don't take my word for it.

It seems that the wheel-hub is LARGER than the axle-hub hence the wheel is NOT perfectly center, resulting in vibration.

Hub rings are a MUST and must be a perfect fit.
Also the material should be metal (NOT plastic) as it need to support the weight of your car, see link below.

How do i know... I stuffed up.

Actually, it's the opposite. If the axle hub is 67mm and the wheel hub bore is 64mm, the wheel won't fit over the hub, the wheel will never fit flush to the rotor face, so hub-centric rings won't be the cure. He needs wheels with a larger bore that fit over the axle hub.
