I am planning to buy a Mazda CX-9, but I hear from different people that those are not reliable and the engine will crash @ 100,000 miles and they do not MB STAR C5 have any resale value. How true it is? I would like to hear from people using Mazda as well as Experts.

I'm driving a 2011 Mazda 3S 2.5L since Dec 2010. I do all my preventative maintenance usually ahead of the schedule and so far its been a reliable car just fluid changes new filters and windshield blades. At 41k replaced front brake pads. Have replaced ATF Fluid with Redline D4. Power steering fluid replaced with Castrol import ATF. ANTI Freeze replaced in 2014. No problems or breakdowns. Trips from Fairfax, VA to Wake Forest, NC. While this isn't a 2016 CX-9 I would buy one if needed as they are fine cars so long as you maintain them. Just change the ATF FLUID EARLIER and keep the oil change interval to 6k-7k with that new turbo motor.
