Not worth the money imo. Yeah it will help avoid those rascally runaway shopping carts.... but I don't really see the point in having the mirrors retract when the car is locked?

That is sweet , like James Bond, now if all this happened when you locked it would be even better.

- Car lowers
- Windows go Beyond limo black
- Invisable protective barrier forms around car

Funny enough, I had the cash to do this and was going to but I held off in the end for a few reasons. See my posting about here:

And also hearing about the guy who is having issues figuring out the wiring? Well, it just re-enforces the idea that I made the right choice because I really don't wanna be cutting into all wiring by doing it wrong thanks to bum directions. Besides, there is no warranty on those things, as well as in this country, I have never needed to fold my mirrors yet. Way too much space here! =)

I did this mod and it wasnt hard at all. I needed it for function because of the garage space I use is very narrow. The kit I got was from the taiwan seller on ebay Nabobery. Im not to fond of the seller but the mirrors are worth it. The have a portion of the reflective side that is somewhat wider so it covers any blind spots. They are also tinted blue so annoying headlights are blended out and if you own a black mica they come painted

I hear you about the mirror glass parts as I opted to just get the mirrors in the end because that was the part I wanted the most - anti-glare with the aspherical elements. Most of us bought just the glass parts of the mirrors separately. I think there was a GB a few months back.
