The old Accord can be made into a vehicle that outperforms MazdaSpeed3 for about $6,000(turbo h22motor). It could outperform it BY FAR for around $10,000 with a built turbo h22 and stronger chassis/suspension. And the Accord would still be a more reliable and comfortable ride.

I'll even agree with you that the Turbo H22 will be a faster drag car than the MS3 (if it doesn't snap the transmission in half), but a lot of the rest is a bunch of bunk. "Stronger chassis/suspension" on a 1992 accord? "more reliable"? How is a frankenstein with an aftermarket turbo kit on a 15 year old car with 185,000 miles on it going to be more reliable than a new car that is designed to handle every bit of power that it makes? On top of that, take the money you dump into youre accord, and try to sell it two years later, see how much of that money you get back, my guess is maybe 10%, versus the MS3, which will actually retain its value. Your 10k goes down the drain in your H22 plan, you get a significant portion of your 26k back when you sell your MS3 a couple years later.
Either you are really misguided, or this is a troll trying to start a flame war.
