Hi, I have the 2010 Mazda3 with HID projector bulbs. Just wondering if it's possible to swap the bulbs out for LEDs?

Thanks and happy new yr.

Nope. Not a direct swap at all. You will need new LED specific projector housings that will need to be installed for it to work properly. Contact GTARetrofits.com for options.

Dude, that's trash. Your headlights are arguably the second most important safety item in your car after your brakes. Do NOT half-ass them. Your life is worth more than $69.

Have you tried using a headlight cleaning kit? Inside and outside of the lens makes a huge difference and make sure the bulbs are running at full capacity.

What do you mean bulbs at full capacity?
As HIDs age, they loose output and experience a shift in color rendition. (and just the same as about every other light source, to different extents of course)

Possibly they're on their way out, especially if they're either pinkish, greenish or more blue tint than usual.
