Hi, I'm new to the forum. Our 2012 3i grand touring [auto trans] has turned into an experiment. Want to see how far it can be pushed.
Purchased new Feb 2012. currently 374k miles. This car has run into 2 deer, a racoon, a rolled up retread tire on the highway, and unfortunately the back of another vehicle, and its still going. This car still runs fantastic. I am curious. Any other high mileage skiactiv 3's out there.

No major issues . Auto trans 6sp
Replaced plugs every 100k mi.
Oil ch. 7500 mi. Air filter when ever neccessary. Usually every 6 mos or so.
Fr brakes every 100k
Rear 160/ 310 k
The chip in one of the keys failed could not start car. Replaced master window /lock sw.
At 310 k I replaced shocks/ struts, strut mounts sway bar links and bushings belt tensioner and drive belts. Also engine pipe with secondary cat.conv. began leaking.
All mazda parts used I shopped them online for best deals.
I changed belts once before around 180 k.
Car is 70% highway driven.
Obviously air filters/ tires I like Hankook & Nokian.
We will attempt 1/2 million miles.
Newer engines run cleaner and much more efficiently, oils are better hence last longer.
Many cars can easily achieve this if they are maintained in my opinion.
At 400 k I will change plugs and front brakes again, and anything else I find neccessary.
