HESITANT START/COLD START Hi everyone i'm new to this site and i am in desperate need of your HELP!!!!

I own a 2007 mazda 3 16valve sedan, for the past 5 years and its been working fine till now.
i am experiencing a COLD START everytime the vehicle stays off for over 6hours. When i start the car it has a hesitant start, it starts to stutter before it reaches it normal idle speed and if i switch off the vehicle and start it again, it starts normal and i cant seem to figger out what is causing this issue.
I live in the caribbean so winter weather is not an issue.
I'v tried practically everything and i'm running out of ideas
LIST OF THINGS I TRIED>
Clean throttle body
Clean injectors
Changed spark plugs
Clean air flow sensor
Changed air filter
Changed the external fuel filter at the rear of the vehicle
Changed the mesh filter on the fuel pump that's in the fuel tank
Changed engine oil and filter
Flush coolant system and replaced with new coolant
CAN SOMEONE PLEASSSSEEEEEE HELPPPPPP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM

ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

thanks for your help. i really didnt check the battery life and i'v had this battery a year now. so i'll try a new one and see how that goes. because i really am out of ideas.
Do you have any other suggestions if that doesn't work???????

From doing some research it seems to be a misfire i am experiencing when the vehicle gets cold. But for some reason it have times that it starts really well like today. I really want to solve this issue. Its bothering me alot
