You should run a data log w/ your AP. That way you can see what the problem is. You are probably running a stage2 map, which requires a lot of fuel. If your fuel pressure dips below 1500psi(min), then you need a new fuel pump internals.
There have been a lot of stage2 guys posting problems with fueling issues.
Here is what Cobb says:
"Please read the map description once you have downloaded and installed it on your AccessPORT for additional map details. PLEASE use the AccessPORT to verify that your Camshaft Driven Fuel Pump (CDFP) is able to keep up with new fueling demands before you drive aggressively. The variable "Fuel Pressure DI" should not drop below 1300psi while at WOT. If your fuel pressure drops below this level while at WOT and while running an AccessPORT map, then you will likely need a CDFP upgrade in order to run the map"
IMO, 1300psi is way to low at wot, so I think fuel pressure should not drop below 1500spi. Based on the fact w/ a stock tune the pressure is around 1650~1750psi. I am running a stage1 map and my pressure never dips below 1600psi at wot, this is how it should be.
EDIT:
Cobb has said that you should not run mbc or a fuel cut defender with the AP.
