so, i am redoing my A/c knobs, the area around them that is red, i want to do them blue,
so i took it all apart and i sanded down the red plastic so that it is clear, and i bought blue lights, but they dont match the blue lights ive already put in my car, so i've decided to paint the plastic.
does anybody know what kind of paint I could use to paint the plastic?

I would say buy blue transparent vinyl... works the best.

There is a site that actually sells small amounts of Translucent gauge needle paint, I am looking for it now.

Its going to be hard to match all your blue together in your car. There are many different types of light in it including Plcc-2 LEDS, smaller 0805 Leds, incandescent bulbs like in your ac and not to mention all the different light filters like the white background on all your buttons, the clear sanded plastic of your ac halos and so on. Also the different types of leds put out different shades of blue. All i can say is good luck. Its a nightmare.
