I was considering getting some of Hawk's brake pads, but is it useful to get rear as well as front, are would i benefit from just getting front.

First question... why are you getting brake pads? Are they due for replacement or are you doing track days? If the latter... I would get the full set and some good brake fluid.

Replacement and for better street use, also was looking at EBC red stuff, idk what to get. I don't take my car to the track, but I race off the track (not recklessly), but I wanted much stronger braking for daily driving and the weekend racing.

What kind of daily driving do you do? I would recommend the YellowStuff but they're really aggressive. I think the RedStuff would be fine on a sub 3000lbs car. If you upgrade the front without upgrading the back, braking distances could get longer. And I don't think the MZ3 has EBD.
