I was just thinking the other day, for ppl that need a lot of guages on their car but dont want their car to look like a watch factory, is their any way to wire up guages to a device with a video output so it can all be watched in a dvd screen on your radio with an input, i think it would look real good, like if ur ready to race, put the monitor's input up and see all the gauges u wired up

so tell me what u think; if it has been done, any pictures, links...anything; if it hasn't wat do u of my idea? :)

i always thought this Pioneer unit looked pretty sweet, only down side with this is you can't add on guages of your own like fuel/air or oil pressure or whatever. I think the digital display mode looks pretty cool though.

The only reason they weren't popular IMO is that you can't use it with unit that have navigation because they need to plug into the yellow NAV input interface.
