Grinding noise

hey guys i need hell on locating to source of a grinding noise i am having. it happens when letting off throttle around 1000 to 2500 rpm but when i push the throttle the noise goes away i can hear it coming from front passenger side i filled up the trans with gear oil thinking it would help but the noise is still there any idea on what it could be ?
