we both shouldnt but there is a gain, i doubt yours is polished out.

mines bored, polished, knife edged, and got flush mount screws and the back of it where the bracket that holds the screws is also filed down. Mine looks like this

Mine is doing the same thing around 2000-3000 RPM. Its so annoying. Its not a cool whistle but almost like a loud high pitched piercing noise. If i didn't know better it would kind of sound like Low breakpads. Does anyone have a solution? im sure not everyone experiences this. Im sure it has to be something with the filter.

Did anyone actually found solution for this? i just installed mine and it is doing the whisling thing at 25-30. Also, what should i do to reduce the chances of the hydrolock. It is raining out right now, dont want to any chances with my car.
