3 glass lamps. 3 bulbs. 2 workable plastic covers, mountable but one of the top plastic tabs part the two pic plastic things one at the top one at the bottom, gone, only one remaining on each of them. They mount fine and would stay in place, cannot tell the diff when mounted.
