The rear sway requires two spacers to take up the slop between the larger 12mm bolt holes on the sway and the 10mm bolts on the endlinks. For '04 to '06 models, the bushing stops on the rear bar also need to be slid over a little.

Results vary - general consensus is 0.5" all around on a 2.3, perhaps less up front on a 2.0. Definitely a performance upgrade for both.
