definitely not much at all, but an improvement over stock springs. I have a set currently and I love it. Handling +1
Got mine at $50 for my set of speed springs though...sorry

Actually the only thing that will get lowered is the rear i had a set on my hatch and the front actually raised a bit. The front end on the mazdaspeed 3's are actually heavier than the regular 3's
